Each product is carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, please note that we are not liable for any delays, mishandling, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers once the order has left our facility.

We appreciate your understanding and are always here to assist you with any shipping-related concerns.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Splashing Bliss, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Returns are only accepted in the unlikely event that the product is received in a damaged condition. To initiate a return, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video as proof.

Please note:
Returns cannot be processed without valid proof of damage. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, along with the unboxing video in case of damage.
